The new feature will eliminate the need for a receptionist or office assistant as it incorporates a more professional face with recorded greetings and personalized menu options.
Designed essentially for a home business set-up, the new auto-attendant functionality offers call routing capabilities which can help companies improve their professional profiles. Customers leveraging ITP VoIP also have the option of opting for other features such as hold music, and call forwarding, voicemail as well as call waiting. The latest offering from ITPVoIP.com includes a wide range of capabilities all of which can help home businesses manage their call loads more effectively while also enhancing their customer interactions.
Highlighting features of the premium residential phone service for home businesses include a free ITP VoIP phone adapter; two separate phone lines; a caller ID and three-way calling in addition to cost-effective international rates with not annual contract requirements.
