Phone.com’s (News - Alert) (News - Alert) Text Voicemail, gives users the ability to read your voicemail rather than listen to the actual message. Each voicemail message is converted from voice to text then emailed directly to you!
A convenient way of getting the information you need, without wasting any time. Only twenty-five cents per message, you’ll soon find out that Text Voicemail is an inexpensive way to receive voicemail information quickly and efficiently.
With the ability to check your messages when you want, in a quick and easy manor in addition to having the capability of forwarding text voicemail messages to friends, family, co-workers, partners or employees there’s no need to worry about what was said in each message. Each text message received by will have the correct information the first time, without having to go back to explain anything to anyone.
Visit the Inbox of your Phone.com account to add Text Voicemail to voice mail notification section. After clicking the Text Voicemail button, the option to enable and disable for individual extensions will be available in case extensions are part of your service.
The service is easy to enable and disable any time, day or night. Simply go to the enable and disable section by visiting the Voicemail Notification or Voicemail and Fax Notification section at your control panel. First, select the settings, then select Voicemail or Voicemail and Fax Notification, check the Text Voicemail box to enable OR uncheck to disable.
If you’re enabling the service then enter your email address to receive the Text Voicemail at your email Inbox. It’s that simple! Once selecting to have Text Voicemail enabled, you will find your voicemail messages transcribed inside your Inbox.
